Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities Create form and fit designs/drawings for customer approval and internal R&D projects Create and review detailed manufacturing assembly and component drawings Perform engineering analyses and calculations to support design and development work Support the development of fixtures and equipment for internal facilities and machinery Assist sales team in conveying technical information to customers, estimating costs, and finalizing quotations Interface with suppliers as needed to procure outsourced parts, equipment, and materials Required B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent degree/work experience) Design for manufacture experience utilizing CAD software Ability to learn quickly Detail-oriented and well-organized Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent problem-solving skills Clear communicator and responsive Desired SolidWorks CAD software experience 2+ years of relevant work experience (internship and educational experience will be considered) Working knowledge of machining, cutting tool selection, and CNC operations Experience with manual machining Experience interacting with customers Familiar with structural analysis methodologies #J-18808-Ljbffr High Power Media Ltd
