Job Type: Fulltime / Direct Hire.
$2,500 Signon Bonus.

Overview:
· Entry-level Printing Pressman opportunity.
· Night-shift manufacturing role.

· Stable 2-2-3 schedule averaging 40 hours weekly.

Schedule:
· Night shift with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
· Average 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Own:
· Operate KBA, Heidelberg, Komori, or similar offset presses.
· Perform make-ready, color management, registration, and quality checks.
· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and keep production running efficiently.
· Read job specifications and meet established production standards.

What You Bring:
· KBA sheetfed offset experience is highly preferred.
· Commercial, direct mail, envelope, packaging, or specialty printing experience.
· High-volume manufacturing experience is preferred.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
