VP, Product Owner/Manager (Wealth Services)

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• We are looking for 4–5+ years of product experience, including building strategic product roadmaps and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
• We need a proven track record of taking products from concept through launch and subsequent refinement.
• Strong command of agile practices is essential, including experience working with multiple scrum teams on parallel builds.
• Experience directing day-to-day technical and design decisions is required.
• Experience with a WealthTech platform and/or performance reporting is important.
• CFA or CIPM credentials are a plus.
• We expect knowledge of portfolio accounting, performance measurement, benchmark construction, and client reporting concepts.
• Familiarity with advisor, client, and operational workflows in wealth management or investment reporting platforms is preferred.
• You should be able to translate complex business, reporting, and data needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
• Strong analytical ability is needed, with experience using product metrics, user feedback, and business insights to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
• We value experience partnering with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver scalable, user-focused product capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to influence business and technology partners.
• Familiarity with reporting data structures, integrations, and platform dependencies that support high-quality client-facing outputs is important.

• We own and manage the product backlog and near-term roadmap, keeping priorities aligned with business objectives and delivery targets.
• We lead Agile ceremonies across the pod, monitor team velocity, and identify ways to improve execution efficiency.
• We define and maintain clear user stories and requirements through structured refinement and close collaboration with stakeholders.
• We guide technical product decisions, track product performance, and analyze key metrics to support informed choices and ongoing improvement.
• We partner with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and data to deliver wealth reporting capabilities aligned with client needs, business priorities, and platform strategy.
• We turn stakeholder feedback, reporting needs, and strategic goals into well-defined priorities, actionable requirements, and measurable delivery outcomes.
