Job Skills / Requirements

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking professional and dependable individuals to join our highly regarded team as an Unarmed Field Supervisor in Kansas City, MO . This position is responsible for inside patrol operations at a Walmart location and requires strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have an active guard license, open availability, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Paid Weekly
• Daily Pay Also Available

Prior law enforcement, military, or security experience is a plus; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing regular and random patrols of the premises
• Monitoring for suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Reporting security-related incidents and completing required documentation
• Enforcing site procedures and security protocols
• Operating emergency equipment when necessary
• Conducting investigations related to property breaches or incidents
• Filing nightly operations and weekly reports
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence

Requirements:

• Active Security Guard License
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
• Reliable transportation
• Active cellphone
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, climb, and run as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. if required
• Ability to hear and respond to alarms, emergency signals, and persons in distress
• Ability to read and interpret written information
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions during emergencies
• Must meet all state licensing requirements for Security Officers
