Customer Service RepresentativeOur client, GSTC Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the GSTC Logistics Inc supporting the Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be an organized individual, who is able to handle multiple tasks at a time while effectively communicating with customers and warehouse operations.Location: Muscatine IAPay Rate: $19.00 per hourWhat's the Job?Coordinate shipments to and from warehouse to meet client delivery requirements.Generate warehouse shipping documents to include pick sheets, packing lists, and bills of landing.Create and apply labels.Communicate with customers and carriers.Furnish customer with inventory reports, enter transactions into WMS, file associated paperwork.What's Needed?General office experience, incl. telephone and computer skillsWord, Excel, and Outlook experiencePrior exp with Dynaway AX Asset Mgmt Software helpfulMust be organized and able to multi-task, have attentions to detail, and be accurateMust maintain a good understanding of warehouse GMP'sWhat's in it for me?Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm with occasional OTPay rate is $19.00/hourMust be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.Requires manual dexterity.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
