Plumbing Sales Professional (Residential In-Home)

Flow Pro Plumbing | East Bay, CA

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | $100K–$190K+ OTE

Flow Pro Plumbing is hiring a  Plumbing Sales Professional who thrives in the home, educates customers, and wants strong earning potential without high-pressure sales tactics.

We’re a family-owned, East Bay plumbing company built on integrity, solid systems, and rewarding performance.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary
• + uncapped commission paid weekly
• On-target earnings: $100,000–$190,000+
• Clear performance expectations and coaching support

Performance Expectations

• Consistent monthly sales performance
• Strong conversion and margin discipline
• Ability to sell a healthy mix of plumbing solutions

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home plumbing evaluations
• Present Good / Better / Best options
• Quote repairs, replacements, and installations
• Educate homeowners and earn trust
• Sell memberships and approved add-ons
• Document sold work accurately

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of in-home or home services sales experience
• Comfortable in a performance-based role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, accountable, and self-driven
• ServiceTitan experience a plus
