At The Bizarre Agency , we're expanding our Miami team and looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals to join us as Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Representatives . No experience? No problem. We provide full paid training and hands-on mentorship from day one.
You'll represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations through exciting face-to-face campaigns at events, retail locations, and community activations, helping raise awareness and connect supporters with meaningful causes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Represent nonprofit organizations at live events and promotional campaigns
- Connect with people in a friendly, professional, and engaging way
- Educate the public about important causes and help gain new supporters
- Build communication, sales, and leadership skills through daily coaching
- Work with a motivated team in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to exciting marketing campaigns across the Miami area

- Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
No experience is required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sports, or sales is helpful but not necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to know.
