About the Role

We are looking for an Executive Search Delivery Consultant to support the delivery of senior leadership searches. The role focuses on identifying and engaging executive-level talent and managing candidates throughout the full search process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior leadership talent
• Support retained executive search engagements
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
• Conduct market mapping and talent research
• Work closely with partners and clients to deliver searches

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years executive search experience
• Technology executive search experience is required
• Deep tech exposure is ideal
• Experience recruiting within VC and PE-backed companies
• Strong sourcing and candidate management skills

Location

• Although this is a remote position, we are looking for someone preferably in California, but also open to candidates in Nevada and Arizona.
