You'll service and install commercial refrigeration, HVAC, ventilation, food service, and beverage equipment across central and northern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesotano residential calls. Take ownership of your service calls while an experienced support team and Branch Manager have your back!

What You'll Do

Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC-R and related equipment.

Read schematics, manuals, and blueprints; use testing tools to solve equipment issues.

Run copper piping and PVC and maintain parts inventory.

Complete electronic work orders and communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.

What You Bring

Required

1+ year of commercial refrigeration or HVAC experience.

EPA Universal Certification.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Class D driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, communication, and basic computer skills.

Preferred

Preferred: 2+ years of experience, technical training or apprenticeship, and a Federal Medical Card.

Schedule & Work Requirements

Daily travel between customer sites, including driving two to four hours at a time.

Availability for on-call coverage, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to climb ladders, access rooftops and confined spaces, work indoors and outdoors, frequently handle up to 50 pounds, and occasionally handle 75 pounds or more.
