Job Description

A Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver is responsible for safely transporting patients who require medical assistance but do not need emergency care. This role involves ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, maintaining vehicle safety, and providing assistance to passengers during their journeys.

Responsibilities

Transport passengers to and from medical appointments safely and on schedule
Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
Plan efficient routes considering traffic and appointment times
Comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines
Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed
Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch and passengers
