Job Summary Our client is seeking a Pharmacist to contribute to a hospital pharmacy team. The main responsibilities include overseeing medication management and providing expert pharmaceutical services, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to the healthcare team. Responsibilities Oversee medication management. Provide expert pharmaceutical services to ensure patient safety. Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications NYS Pharmacist License/Registered with NYS. Hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Schedule / Shift 37.5 hour work week, every other weekend; shifts either 8am-4pm or 3pm-11pm.
