• Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Peds, Neonate, Adult, Geriatric, Adults 18+
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency Credentialing will be performed

Facility Reimbursement:

• Facility reimburses for Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage billed at the IRS Standard Rate
• Prefer to have local candidates but if not available, the following limitations are to be in place:
  • No first class or business class tickets for airline - coach should be used
  • No luxury hotel reservations
