Customer service - logistics

Our client in the Swedesboro/Logan Township area is looking for two motivated, reliable Customer Service Administrators to join their growing team.

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment, typically transitioning after 6 months. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on top-tier communication, we want to hear from you!

The Details

• Pay Rate: $18.65/hr
• Location: Swedesboro / Logan Township, NJ
• Status: Long-term Temp-to-Hire
• Start Date: ASAP (Interviews happening this week!)

Available Shifts

We are currently filling two specific openings/shifts on the team.


CSR Position 1:

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Days Off: Sunday & Thursday

CSR Position 2:

• Schedule: Sunday (8-4:30), Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (9-5:30)
• Hours: Mixed (8:00 AM start Sunday; 9:00 AM start weekdays)
• Days Off: Tuesday & Saturday

salary: $18 - $18.65 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for shipments, driver questions, and customer satisfaction. Your daily duties will include:

• Communication: Answering phones and emails
• Updates: Contacting customers to provide real-time status updates of their deliveries
• Coordination: Scheduling deliveries and ensuring all parties are aligned on timing
• Tracking: Monitoring driver statuses to ensure routes are running smoothly and on schedule and documenting updates
