Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and organized Technical Program Manager to support technology programs, cross-functional projects, delivery planning and program coordination. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, business and technology teams to help manage program activities and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and coordination of technical programs and projects.
Maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, priorities, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with engineering, product, business and operations teams.
Track project deliverables and follow up on action items and dependencies.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
Prepare status reports, presentations, dashboards and program documentation.
Assist with identifying project risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
Coordinate resources and support cross-functional delivery activities.
Communicate project updates and requirements to stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met.
Support process improvement and technology implementation initiatives.
Maintain accurate program documentation and project records.
