DTC Category Merchandiser — Strategic Assortment
Dr. Martens
Dr. Martens is seeking a Category Merchandiser to lead development of consumer-right assortments for DTC channels. You will translate insights into product recommendations, drive category performance, and collaborate with Product, Planning, Allocation, Retail, Ecomm, Marketing, and Global Merchandising to deliver a disciplined GTM process. You will shape seasonal plans, own buy recommendations, and work across icons, sandals, bags, franchises, and growth opportunities while championing the brand #J-18808-Ljbffr Dr. Martens
