Sr Internal Auditor (I.T.)

Senior Internal Auditor focused on IT controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at Masimo, a Danaher medical technology company. The role involves testing IT SOX controls, evaluating compliance evidence, and supporting remediation efforts across the organization from an Irvine, California office.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and perform testing of IT SOX controls and assessments
• Evaluate control evidence and test results against compliance objectives
• Prepare audit documentation including narratives, flowcharts, and control matrices
• Partner with control owners and stakeholders on design and operating effectiveness
• Support control remediation efforts and maintain SOX requirements compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT audit experience with Sarbanes-Oxley testing emphasis
• Strong knowledge of COSO and COBIT frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
• CISA or equivalent certification preferred
• Big 4 or mid-tier public accounting firm experience preferred
• IT audit experience with Oracle Fusion systems a plus

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base, plus 10% target bonus
