We are looking for a Material Handler to join our growing team. Location - Onsite at our Burr Ridge facility About the role: Operate a stand-up forklift truck in a warehouse environment with pedestrians and other forklift trucks Keep the order picking lines operational with timely product restocks Accurately receive and safely put away inbound finished goods and supply deliveries Track inventory with RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Ensure proper stock rotation and First-In First-Out (FIFO) process Experience & Skills we value: High School diploma, GED, or other relevant work experience Minimum 1 year prior experience and certification on a forklift Experience safely operating a stand-up forklift a plus (will train on-site) The ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs of materials Nice to have and/or you’ll learn: Lean Manufacturing experience (5S / Six Sigma) Experience working with a WMS, ERP, or other inventory management system OSHA or other formal safety training Equal Pay Disclosure(s): We’re on a mission to create more joy in people’s lives, and that includes our internal employees. Base Pay range for this position: $23.40 plus $0.50 per hour for second shift The final discretionary compensation that will be offered for this role depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We do not provide visa sponsorship, including support for F-1 Optional Practical Training (OPT), STEM OPT extensions, or other temporary work authorization programs.
