Our mission is to ensure guests have a seamless in-unit experience. Our team members are located across the country, come from diverse backgrounds, and share a passion for delivering high-quality standards so guests love their experience while staying with Kasa. A Day in the Life of a Kasa Housekeeper As a Housekeeper with Kasa, you will clean guest rooms and common areas while delivering outstanding service. You will act as an advocate for the hotel, creating personal guest experiences and developing relationships that encourage guests to return. Perform daily cleaning, dusting, waxing, scrubbing, polishing, and servicing of guest rooms following hotel protocols. Replace bed linens, restock supplies, and manage room furnishings, ensuring doors are closed and rooms are locked as directed by the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisors. Report observed damage, hazards, repair needs, or unauthorized individuals in designated areas promptly. Submit found items to Lost and Found with date, location, description, and finder’s name. Ensure cleanliness in corridors and service zones; address tasks assigned by Housekeeping management. Replenish and organize the cart at shift end and prepare the linen closet for the next day. Notify on-duty supervisor or manager of unusual circumstances, such as vacant luggage, guests not requiring service, or smoking in rooms. Experience Extremely motivated team player with a results-driven mindset. Effective in identifying problems in the hotel and reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. Flexible and adaptable; able to pivot when necessary. Approachable and available for guests while providing excellent service. Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds and stand or walk up to 8 hours a day. 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping. In One Year You Will Succeed at Kasa By Having Become proficient with our task management software, Breezeway. Provide constructive feedback about our systems and processes. Base pay for this role starts at $18.00 per hour, subject to change based on business needs, market conditions, experience, and skills; may be eligible for equity, bonus, perks, and additional benefits.
