Advertised Job Summary The Patient Support Specialist is responsible for supporting patient services and operations for USC Brain Health. This position is under indirect supervision and works closely with medical providers and Brain Health staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and be flexible. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience working in a physician/medical practice setting, or equivalency.
