Job Summary:
The position of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) is located in the Endoscopy Laboratory in Issaquah, Washington. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. This role involves supporting outpatient endoscopy procedures and ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical protocols. The schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week, primarily during daytime hours.

Job Details:

• Location: Issaquah, Washington
• Schedule: 4x10 Days, with shift hours from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm (Thursday start at 8:30 am), minimum 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Washington License; Certifications: BLS, CNA or MA-C; 0 years of experience; shift schedule; general hours; location in Washington state
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient endoscopy centers, utilizing skills such as handling dilators, electrosurgical units, endoscopes, forceps, polyp snares, and invasive procedures; familiarity with infection control, sterilization, and universal protocol procedures; experience with fluoroscopy equipment, ERCP scopes, and microbiology specimens; ability to assist with biopsies, esophageal foreign body removal, and dilations; prior experience with the Epic charting system is preferred
• Additional Information: Must be able to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment supporting endoscopic procedures; on call coverage required during weekdays evening hours (5:30 pm to 7:00 am) and weekends, with a maximum of 3 call shifts per month; closed on weekends and holidays; up to 3 call shifts per month. Clinicians not therapeutics trained will not take call.
• Certifications & Experience: BLS, CNA or MA-C certifications; 1 year of experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred but not required.
• References: Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years are required during the compliance process and prior to start.
