Manufacturing Production Worker

Bradford & Bigelow, Inc. is seeking Manufacturing Production Workers for immediate openings. Experience in Production/Warehouse/Manufacturing environments strongly preferred, but absolutely no experience in print necessary; New Hires will be trained completely on the job. These positions are located in the Web Press Department and support the manufacturing process on various Timson and Man Roland Web Presses. Open positions include Press Helper , Press Room Material Handler , and general support of the Web Press Department. The schedule is a 36‑hour week on either three 12‑hour shifts (6 am – 6 pm or 6 pm – 6 am) with options for front or back half of the week. Night positions receive a 12 % differential pay. Ample overtime opportunities are available. Press Helper Responsible for the set up and operation of press with emphasis on safety, productivity, quality, and good housekeeping. Consistently demonstrates proficiency in data collection systems, job ticket, and daily production schedule. Works in conjunction with Press Operators and helpers on a 2‑ or 4‑person crew in support of the manufacturing process. Press Room Material Handler Assists press operations by supplying machines with the appropriate raw materials to ensure smooth and efficient production. Includes hanging paper stock rolls, changing stock rolls, bending plates, and mixing ink. No prior press experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided. Responsibilities Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe ergonomic practices. Maintain working knowledge of ISO procedures. May require additional availability to work evenings and/or weekends. Perform other duties as assigned, including working where directed, be it on varying presses or in other departments. Physical Requirements Excellent vision, including ability to perceive color. Ability to operate jacks, fork truck/clamp truck safely. Ability to work at a rapid pace. Ability to remain physically and mentally alert during second shift hours (6 pm – 6 am) where applicable. Ability to tolerate exposure to loud noises and moving machinery (PPE provided). Manual dexterity. Capable of repeated standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting of skids and skid boards up to 60 lbs for 8‑12 hours at a time.
