You’ll support your team, boost productivity, and help Goodwill fulfill its mission. Here’s a peek at your day-to-day: Lead and motivate your team to reach store goals Ensure smooth daily operations (scheduling, opening/closing, cash handling, deposits) Keep the sales floor fresh, clean, and well-stocked Coach team members on product quality, sorting, pricing, and merchandising Make donors feel valued and welcomed Support e-commerce item handling and inventory flow Maintain safety, efficiency, and good vibes across the store What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and team-building skills Goal-oriented and driven by results Positive, upbeat, and ready to problem-solve Great communicator (written and verbal) Comfortable with tech tools like Word, Excel, and email Can lift 50 lbs, bend, stand, and stay on the move Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required Prior retail or supervisory experience is a plus Mostly indoor, occasionally outdoor Busy, active, and physical (you won’t be sitting behind a desk!)
