Information Technology Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support our on-site IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring secure, efficient daily operations for all employees. Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across the organization Support and maintain systems such as Windows Server and Linux Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking Document IT procedures and configurations Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration Strong knowledge of operating systems and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Hands‑on experience with hardware troubleshooting and user support Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and best practices Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Company sponsored health insurance Company sponsored 401(k) Paid vacation time Paid sick leave We are looking for the right team member to join our team.
