Responsibilities Lead development of vision and strategies; ensure alignment with group and functional strategies Lead industry, customer, competitor, partner and/or supplier research to provide appropriate analysis and insight Use the art and science of strategy to solve complex business problems Lead communication and engagement on vision and strategy Ensure an effective process for identification of opportunities and threats and strategic response Support development of formal recommendations to senior levels of company leadership Requirements Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, OR JD/PhD, OR 9+ years of experience in lieu of degree Understanding of the autonomous aircraft market Aerospace and Defense industry experience Previous corporate strategy experience Must be a US Citizen Soft Skills leadership communication strategic thinking analytical skills problem-solving #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
