Work-Life Balance Starts Here Steady Schedule, Steady Pay. CoWorx is hiring a Line Operators to assemble customized HVAC parts and products on our production line in Dallas, Texas. We're looking for a consistent, on time hard worker that has experience in small parts, assembly line. This is a small team but mighty! We pay every Friday! Shift: Monday- Friday plus occasional OT Saturday at 6:00am-2:45pm OR 11:45pm-6:00am plus occasional OT Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Assemble small parts with precision and care.
• Perform quality checks to meet standards.
• Keep equipment running and report issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow company procedures.
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance following manufacturer's instructions and/or company policy, troubleshooting malfunctions and notifies supervisor of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions

Desired Background/Skills:

• Recent Line Assembly experience, 12 months preferred.
• Comfortable standing for entire shift and working with small parts and hand held power tools.
• Mechanical aptitude; able to use hand/pneumatic tools.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs consistently.
• HVAC assembly parts experience is a plus.
