Job Description Job Description The Handyman will provide essential repair and maintenance services primarily for residential homes. This role involves daily travel between multiple sites, requiring effective time management and direct interaction with customers. The Handyman will be partially responsible for managing their own tools and supplies while delivering high-quality workmanship in various maintenance areas. Responsibilities * Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential homes * Handle plumbing repairs including leaks, fixture replacements, and minor pipework * Conduct electrical repairs such as fixing outlets, switches, and lighting * Execute carpentry tasks including repairs and installations * Apply painting and touch-up work on interior and exterior surfaces * Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with homeowners * Travel daily to multiple residential sites to complete assigned tasks * Maintain partial responsibility for tools and supplies management Preferred Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in general maintenance and repair * Basic carpentry skills * Basic plumbing knowledge * Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair skills * Painting and finishing experience * Strong problem-solving abilities
