Key Responsibilities\n

  • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, adjusting approaches as needed based on the client's responses.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure continuity of care.

  • Engage in regular team meetings and collaborative care discussions with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest in mental health research and practices.

You will be serving a diverse client population, including individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health services. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
