Position Title: Nursing Supervisor – Garrity Clinic (Family Practice, Pediatrics, and Urgent Care) Employment Type Full time Shift Day shift Overview At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we value exceptional service and quality care. The Nursing Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations of multiple specialty sites, coordinate back‑office tasks, and maintain compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA, and state/radiological safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise clinical and back‑office staff across multiple physician sites. Maintain physician and staff relationships to support service delivery. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA, state radiological safety). Monitor financial performance and provide leadership for cost control. Provide outstanding customer service and crisis decision making. Eligibility & Requirements Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in a physician office setting; management experience preferred. Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Current RN license in Idaho or Oregon; secondary state license within six months of hire. BLS/HCP certification from the American Heart Association required. Excellent communication, teamwork and leadership skills. Location & Schedule Garrity Clinic, corner of Garrity Blvd and Sister Catherine Way.
