Residential HVAC Tech
Location: Minocqua, WI
Pay Range: $30–$45 per hour, based on experience
Work Schedule: 40+ hours weekly, Monday through Friday
Quality Heating, Inc. has been a trusted name in heating and cooling throughout Minocqua and the Lakeland Area since 1992. As a locally owned, fully licensed, and insured company, we take pride in delivering dependable HVAC solutions and treating every customer with care. We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Tech who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of residential HVAC service experience
- Current, valid driver's license and a driving record that meets insurance requirements
- EPA certification
- Solid understanding of HVAC system diagnostics, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to doing quality work
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first approach
