Production Clerk

Adecco Staffing is currently hiring for a Production Clerk role located in Sanger, offering a competitive pay rate of $21.00-$22.00 per hour. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on involvement in a production environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working both in an office setting and on the production floor while supporting daily operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support in a fast-paced production environment
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor, track, and maintain inventory records and reporting
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate communication between office staff, production teams, and leadership
• Manage calendars, schedules, and internal communications
• Assist with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
• Support planning and logistics for trade shows, including occasional travel (in and out of state)
• Maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation
• Assist with purchasing, order tracking, and vendor coordination
• Provide general clerical and office support as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office support experience required/preferred
• College degree highly preferred
• Comfortable working in both office and production floor environments
• Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
