SystemsAccountants is partnering with an Enterprise Performance Management software company to hire an Enterprise Account Executive covering the West Coast.
About the Role
Finance teams are rethinking how they plan, forecast, and make decisions, and new technology is accelerating that shift. Our client is adding an Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business across the West Coast and help organizations modernize their planning processes.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from building pipeline and qualifying opportunities through to closing. You will engage finance, IT, and operations leaders with a value-led approach, connecting planning technology to measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with pre-sales, partners, and marketing, and you will have full ownership of your territory, your pipeline, and your number.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise revenue across the West Coast through a value-based sales approach
- Build and maintain healthy pipeline coverage, primarily through self-generated prospecting
- Lead structured account planning and rigorous opportunity qualification
- Build relationships across multiple stakeholders within finance, IT, and operations
- Partner with pre-sales, partner, and marketing teams to win and expand accounts
- Represent the company at industry events and client-facing sessions
- Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts with disciplined CRM management
- Travel to client meetings as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience selling Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
- A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and expand existing accounts
- Confidence leading value-based conversations with senior finance stakeholders
- Comfort using modern tools, including AI, to work efficiently across the sales cycle
- A high-ownership mindset with resilience and a collaborative approach
Nice to Have
- Sales experience within the FP&A space
- Background selling analytics, data, or ERP solutions
- Experience working alongside implementation partners

- Location: California or Seattle preferred; other West Coast locations considered for the right candidate
- Compensation: $250,000- $290,000 OTE
- Travel: Required for client meetings
