Job Title: RN Psych Profession: RN Psych Specialty: RN Psych Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12.5 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, DCI/BVP required Description: Provide care for patients in an acute psychiatric setting. Utilize therapeutic communication skills to assess and address patients' needs. Administer medications and monitor patients' responses. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Engage in crisis intervention as necessary. Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to patient care plans. Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for patients. Adhere to best practices in psychiatric nursing.
