Clinical Content SpecialistFull Time | 40 Hours per WeekAre you passionate about clinical content development, standardization, and innovation? In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, documenting, and tracking clinical content while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. As a key subject matter expert for your assigned clinical function/area, you will lead content initiatives, oversee project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and support remediation, enhancement, and demand projects. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to fellow informatics specialists.Clinical Content ManagementManage the process for clinical content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance, and archiving.Coordinate the gathering and synthesis of current clinical content, as well as the development of new clinical content.Oversee content development activities and support collaboration between and among work groups.Project Leadership & CoordinationDevelop and oversee completion of project plans and schedules.Track the progress of content development and build activities, including remediation efforts, enhancements, and demand projects.Provide coordination and direction to complete assigned clinical content tasks.Ensure required deliverables are produced and project milestones are achieved according to established timelines.Track, identify, and help resolve project issues to support successful outcomes.Collaboration & CommunicationLead assigned work groups and facilitate interactions that drive effective communication and problem-solving.Foster collaboration among stakeholders to develop solutions for content development and management initiatives.Serve as a trusted resource and subject matter expert for the assigned clinical function/area.Mentorship & ExpertiseProvide guidance, support, and mentorship to other Informatics Specialists.Share knowledge and best practices to promote consistency and excellence in clinical content management.Essential FunctionsManages the process for content development, standardization, coordination, maintenance, and archiving.Manages and coordinates the gathering and synthesis of current clinical content, as well as the development of new clinical content.Manages content development and helps to inform and build activities between and among work groups.Leads assigned work groups and facilitates interactions and communication to arrive at solutions for content development and management.Provides coordination and direction to complete assigned clinical content tasks, produce required deliverables, track and resolve issues, and meet relevant project milestones according to the established timeline.Why This Role MattersThis position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity, standardization, and continuous improvement of clinical content while helping drive successful informatics initiatives across the organization.EducationBachelor's Degree in Nursing or Informatics required.Master's Degree in Nursing/Informatics preferred.Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes.Licenses and CertificationsRegistered Nurse in Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.Current nursing informatics certification required or to be attained within two-year period from hire.
