Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to become part of our newly established facility in Riverhead, NY. With the support of a substantial grant from the state, we are enhancing mental health services for children and adolescents on the East End of Long Island, an area currently facing significant shortages in mental health resources. This 12,000 square foot facility will feature an outpatient clinic catering to children aged 5-21, as well as a partial hospitalization program for adolescents aged 13-17. We are in search of a dedicated professional with exceptional clinical and interpersonal abilities who can thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. While proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong enthusiasm for leadership and innovation. Leadership roles are available for qualified individuals, and flexible, hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
