Basketball Coach
Full-time, Part-time
Design and implement training programs focusing on skill development, game strategy, and physical conditioning.
Conduct regular practice sessions to improve player techniques, teamwork, and game understanding.
Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with team management to plan game tactics and lineup.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and team rules.
Foster a positive, competitive environment that encourages player growth and sportsmanship.
Monitor player progress, maintain records, and adjust training as needed.
Scout and recruit potential talent.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.
Organize team events, camps, and clinics.
Represent the team at league meetings and events.
Maintain equipment and facilities to high standards.
Stay updated with latest coaching trends and apply innovative methods.
