Customer Service Representative
Clayton Services is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join a thriving company in Kingwood, Texas. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to prospective vendors.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Work through a list of leads and make outbound phone calls to gauge interest in services
- Maintain professional and polite phone etiquette
- Take accurate notes and information regarding the details of the calls
- Answer any questions to the best of your ability
Customer Service Representative Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Professional and dependable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Customer Service Representative Education and Experience:
- Previous experience making outbound phone calls is highly desired
- High school diploma required
