We are looking for a Production Lead to provide daily leadership and support on our production floor. In this role, you will help ensure our bottling lines operate safely, efficiently, and meet the highest standards for quality and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Production Supervisor , you'll play a key role in employee training, safety, production performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do Support production line start-ups, changeovers, operations, and shutdowns Help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved Provide day-to-day coaching, guidance, and support to production employees Assist with employee performance evaluations by sharing observations and feedback Verify that all production and quality checks are completed accurately and on time Report equipment issues, downtime, quality concerns, safety incidents, and injuries promptly What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Strong work ethic and commitment to safety Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed Consistent record of meeting company expectations for attendance, quality, safety, and performance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience training, coaching, or leading employees Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well within a team environment Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for extended periods Frequently bend, stoop, push, and pull Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Communicate verbally throughout the workday Work around moving production equipment and machinery Work in wet, humid, hot, cold, and noisy manufacturing environments Wear required PPE, including hearing protection Why Join Us?
