About the Position -Provide full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings-Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, preventive care, gynecologic procedures, and surgical cases-Conduct hospital rounds or collaborate with hospitalists for continuity of care-Work alongside primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, APPs, and specialty consultants-State-of-the-art procedural rooms (ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics)-New robot-assisted surgical system (DaVinci), advanced surgical technology-Shared call schedule designed to support work-life balance-Join a collaborative midwifery team (CNMs and supporting clinicians)-Document patient care accurately to meet compliance and quality standards-Participate in community outreach and represent the OB/GYN service line in clinic and hospital settings-Contribute to departmental quality initiatives and continuous improvement-Serve an appreciative patient population in a rural community with full hospital services (emergency care, cardiac rehab, wound care with hyperbarics, cancer care, rehab, etc.) Not accepting locums candidates Visa sponsorship available (J1) Not open to 1099/independent contractor status Compensation and Benefits -2-year guaranteed salary starting at $425,000-$75,000 signing bonus-$2,000 per month residency/fellowship stipend for upcoming graduates-$150,000 student loan assistance (paid over 6 years)-Eligibility for J1 visa sponsorship (high HRSA score)-Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life) starting day one-Retirement plan with 401(k) employer match-Malpractice insurance with tail coverage included -CME allowance + 5 days of paid CME leave-Generous relocation package-Access to advanced surgical technologies and dedicated procedure rooms
