Centralized Admissions Coordinator – Skilled Nursing Facility We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate individual to join our Centralized Admissions Team, supporting hospital partnerships and helping patients access the care they need. Our leadership is close and collaborative, offering a supportive environment. Position Centralized Admissions Coordinator Location Primary location in Avon, CT. Must be willing to travel as needed.
