Care With Passion Starts With You

Care With Passion, LLC is hiring passionate, reliable CHHAs for Day Shifts and Live‐In assignments in Passaic, Essex, and Bergen County. We are a supportive, responsive agency committed to matching caregivers with safe, stable, and rewarding cases.

Positions Available

Day Shifts: 4–12 hour cases
Live‐In Assignments: Weekly or long‐term placements
Flexible scheduling
Local cases based on your availability and location

What We Offer

Day Shifts: $18 - $21 per hour / Live-In $200 per day
Consistent hours
Supportive office team
Quick onboarding
Safe, respectful work environments
Long‐term and short‐term cases

Day Shift Responsibilities

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Meal prep and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Companionship and safety monitoring
Mobility assistance

Live‐In Responsibilities

Full‐day support with built‐in rest time
Assistance with ADLs
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping
Overnight presence (sleeping)
Maintaining a safe, calm environment

Requirements

Active NJ CHHA license
Must Have Reliable transportation
English Communication Skills
Professional, caring attitude
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
For live‐in: ability to stay in the client’s home and maintain professionalism
