Shape high‑precision turbomachinery parts in Lehigh Valley, PA

Join a rapidly growing manufacturer in the Lehigh Valley and spend your day transforming prints and G-code into precision components. On our 1st or 2nd shift, you’ll set up, program, and run multi-axis equipment to produce turbomachinery components and assemblies that meet exacting engineering specifications and quality standards.

• Review blueprints, work instructions, and G-code; plan your setup and tooling.
• Perform turning, milling, drilling, and threading on CNC mills and lathes; adjust offsets and make on-the-fly edits.
• Execute efficient setups and changeovers for production runs.
• Verify work using micrometers, dial calipers, dial indicators, and tape measures; hold tight tolerances per drawings and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; complete minor CNC machine repairs when needed.
• Deliver saleable parts that pass inspection and align with engineering and quality requirements.

• Hands-on experience programming and operating CNC machines.
• Fluent in reading/interpreting blueprints and G-code.
• Solid machining fundamentals across turning, milling, drilling, and threading.
• Track record of following drawings and instructions to consistently produce high-quality, saleable parts.
• Proven ability to maintain tight tolerances per drawings, written instructions, or industry standards.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments: micrometers, dial calipers, dial indicators, etc.
• Problem-solver with a professional, respectful approach to teamwork and communication.
