General Manager of a McDonald’s® restaurant responsible for running a profitable operation and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

• Set the restaurant’s goals in collaboration with leadership and develop plans to achieve them.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve each department.
• Hire, develop, and oversee Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team.
