As Manager of Analytics, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the analytics function, ensuring data is collected cleanly, analyzed rigorously, and delivered in ways that drive real decisions for clients.

This role is evolving. You're expected to go beyond managing data pipelines and dashboards and start advising clients on what the data means for their business. You'll also drive AI adoption at the execution layer—integrating tools that make the team faster and more insightful. You'll work with clients that range from B2B organizations with long sales cycles to multi-location businesses in healthcare, higher education, retail, and grocery—comfort navigating both lead-based and bricks-and-clicks models is important. Analytics Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement the analytics strategy for the agency, aligning with organizational goals and client objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate analytics insights into broader business strategies.
• Articulate a point of view needed to influence sales conversations and complete audits.

AI Tool Adoption

• Integrate AI tools into execution workflows—automated reporting, anomaly detection, data visualization, measurement automation—to improve speed and quality.
• Train and support analysts in adopting AI tools effectively and responsibly.

Data Collection & Validation

• Gather and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements for ongoing projects.
• Execute on tasks needed to support the measurement plan within GTM, GA4, and other tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Oversee the execution of advanced data analyses to extract actionable insights.
• Generate comprehensive reports for internal teams and clients, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and refine performance measurement frameworks.

Analytics Tool Utilization

• Stay informed about industry-leading analytics tools and technologies.
• Optimize the use of analytics platforms to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Client Collaboration

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients on analytics-related matters.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, providing strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Develop consultative instincts: proactively surface business-relevant insights, not just metrics.

Team Leadership & People Development

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Provide guidance on analytics methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Support the professional development and growth of team members.
• Mentor and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews and set development goals.
• Lead training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities.
• Source and manage contractors as needed.

Team Planning & Resource Management

• Run and prioritize junior team members' work as it relates to sprint planning.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation, balancing team capacity with client expectations and prior commitments.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets for analytics initiatives; ensure efficient resource allocation and adherence to budgetary constraints.

Recruiting & Hiring

• Review resumes, conduct screening and second-round interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate qualifications and provide input in selection meetings.
• Maintain a smooth, communicative recruitment process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with organic, paid media, creative, and account management teams to integrate analytics insights into client strategies.
• Contribute to cross-channel marketing initiatives by providing valuable analytics input.
