Empower students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a rewarding contract role based in the North Houston area. This full-time position offers you the opportunity to work closely with school-age children, supporting their communication skills and impacting their educational journeys. Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is a plus, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged as well
• Effective communication, flexibility, and strong collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students individually or in small groups
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide services primarily at one school site, with potential for itinerant assignments as needed
• Adapt therapy plans to meet the varied developmental needs within your caseload
