The Role As Store Manager, you'll lead the team through a full seasonal run -- from the fall build-up through the busy holiday season -- setting the tone for a store that feels genuinely joyful to walk into and work in. You'll own the floor, the team, and the numbers, while keeping the fun front and center. This role is ideal for someone who's a natural leader with real retail chops, but who also brings a playful, likable energy that makes both customers and teammates want to stick around.
