Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President for a permanent role in investment banking. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the execution of M&A transactions, with a focus on end-to-end sell-side processes and capital markets. This role involves managing client communications, internal deal teams, and due diligence processes, as well as conducting and reviewing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and strategic assessments. The Vice President will also be responsible for mentoring and developing junior team members, and must be comfortable with direct interactions with clients, including founders, CEOs, and private equity clients. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 6-10 years of investment banking experience, particularly in M&A execution, and a background in generalist training or strong experience in healthcare. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, with an openness to MBA Associates. The role demands strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of leading and managing multiple deal processes, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
