What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with fellow clinicians on challenging cases.

Participate in weekly consultation and monthly team meetings.

Help clients discover meaningful, lasting change.

Qualifications

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping people and committed to providing exceptional care.

Required

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or another clinically eligible behavioral health field
• Indiana license or license eligibility

Preferred

• LCSW
• LMHC
• LMFT
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
