Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques Assist with treatment planning Review progress towards treatment plan goals Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record Follow all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements Requirements 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred At minimum Bachelor’s Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum Understanding of addiction therapy Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record Adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and conducting group therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and treatment planning while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
