We are currently seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help residents maintain their independence while ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the nursing team.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and daily routines.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to provide exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient, and dependable individual with a heart for serving others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide physical assistance with resident care.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
