Responsibilities Role: Valet Attendant - All Shifts Pay rate: $10.98/hr + tips We are looking for Valet Attendants who enjoy working with people.Join a great team that supports your success and provides a fast-paced, exciting work enviroment! Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Communication Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise. Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions. Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers. Vehicle Safety & Operations Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings. Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times. Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management. Professional Standards Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work. Appearance: Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift. Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements What You’ll Need: Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST . License: A valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record. Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus! Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends. Communication: Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers. Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired. Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events. Physical Demands: Active Role: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods. Movement: Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs . Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
